Production

Our 3,000m2 production and office facility is equipped with up to date CNC machinery linked directly to our in-house design and detail office. All of our projects are built around a computer generated model. The benefit of using a 3-d model is in the electronic data produced. This is used to manage the projects as well as sawing, drilling, punching, shearing, marking and phasing, allowing fast and accurate production which in turn enhances the finished product on site.

We have two Ficep DZB 1003 drill, saw and marking lines complete with a ‘lift and carry’ material handling system. These lines were introduced to compliment our existing Peddinghaus and Kaltenbach fitting production machines.

Our highly skilled and experienced workforce is capable of producing up to 120 tonnes of fabricated structural steelwork per week. All of our work has an inspection procedure and all work is compliant with the latest edition of the National Structural Steelwork Specification (NSSS).
We are currently contributing to a BCSA committee which is working towards full CE marking of our structural products. This will become a regulation in July 2011.
